Job Details:
- Pay rate: $70- $95 hourly CAD
- This is a freelance/contract role spanning approximately three months, with flexible hours (estimated 10-25 hours per week).
- Remote work is possible for Canada-based candidates.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project scope and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Required Skills:
- Over 10 years of experience in financial services or learning and development, with proven expertise in developing practitioner-facing eLearning content.
- Strong command of adult learning principles and designing assessment interactions like multiple-choice questions, branching scenarios, and interactive exercises.
- Exceptional editorial judgment, with the ability to simplify complex financial and behavioral concepts into clear, engaging prose.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple deliverables and meeting deadlines independently.
- Demonstrated experience in critical thinking, professional communication, and stakeholder collaboration within financial services contexts.
- Familiarity with Fitch Learning or Fitch Group operations.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia content development.
- Knowledge of current technological and regulatory trends in financial services.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, education, communications, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in financial services, with a solid portfolio of practitioner-facing training content.
