Cloud Engineer

12+ month contract  (W2 ONLY, NO C-C)
Downtown Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Engineering, support, and automation across multiple cloud platforms.
• Providing thought leadership in cloud technologies.
• Assisting project teams with application modernization and cloud migrations.

 
Required Experience

• Experience with AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud administration.
• Strong understanding of networking (protocols, firewalls, load balancers, etc.).
• Familiarity with SSL certificates.

• Knowledge of containers and microservices architectures.
• Experience migrating/refactoring applications to containerized workloads.
• Hands-on experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Terraform, Ansible, and scripting.
• Skilled in automated deployment tools.
• Deep understanding of DevOps tools and practices.
• Experience with GitLab.

• Familiarity with Dynatrace and QRadar for container/pod-level monitoring and logging.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex technical issues clearly.
• Willingness to document, share knowledge, and train others.

Estimated Min Rate: $58.10
Estimated Max Rate: $85.00
