Terms: 12 month contract, $60-80/hr DOE
Responsibilities
- Support study execution activities across assigned programs, ensuring milestones are met
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive study progress
- Oversee vendor performance and support selection and onboarding processes
- Monitor site activity, enrollment, and study metrics; assist with issue resolution
- Contribute to development and review of study-related documents and materials
- Track study progress, identify risks, and support mitigation efforts
- Support financial tracking, contract oversight, and invoice review
- Assist with implementation and use of clinical systems (e.g., CTMS, EDC, TMF)
- Ensure study documentation is complete and maintained appropriately
- Participate in audit/inspection readiness activities
- Support additional operational tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree + 6 years of relevant experience, including ex-US clinical trial experience
- Working knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements
- Experience in oncology required
- Experience with early phase trials preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Estimated Max Rate: $80.00
