A clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on targeted therapies is seeking a Contract Clinical Trial Assistant to support Clinical Operations. The organization is dedicated to advancing innovative treatments in oncology through a precision medicine approach, leveraging capabilities in drug discovery, translational science, and biomarker development.
This role will support the execution of early-phase clinical trials from study start-up through close-out. The Clinical Trial Assistant will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational activities are carried out efficiently, with a focus on documentation, site support, and trial coordination.

Location: Remote
Terms: 18-month contract
Compensation: $53-63/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Clinical Operations with the preparation, organization, distribution, and archiving of essential trial documents within the Trial Master File (TMF)
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of study materials, including training documents, regulatory files, study plans, manuals, and communications
  • Coordinate shipment and tracking of clinical trial materials to sites, vendors, and study team members
  • Assist with collection, review, and tracking of regulatory documents (e.g., 1572s, CVs, financial disclosures) to support site activation and study conduct
  • Provide support for investigator meetings, including planning, logistics, and on-site coordination
  • Communicate with clinical sites, CROs, and vendors to obtain documents and updates to support study timelines
  • Track study progress, training completion, and generate status updates as needed
  • Assist with document routing and approvals for study-related materials
  • Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and meeting minutes
  • Support additional clinical operations activities as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of relevant oncology experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical setting; clinical research or study coordination experience preferred
  • Able to manage tasks independently and follow through on assigned responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat); experience with project tracking tools is a plus
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
 



Estimated Min Rate: $53.00
Estimated Max Rate: $63.00
