Overview
Our client is seeking a remote, Contract TMF Specialist to support Trial Master File activities across multiple clinical programs. This role will focus on ensuring TMF quality, completeness, and inspection readiness in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Support TMF operations across clinical studies
- Coordinate TMF plans, documentation, and workflows with CROs and vendors
- Ensure TMF quality, timeliness, and completeness throughout the study lifecycle
- Perform QC of TMF documents in compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements
- Maintain TMF processes, metrics, and periodic review activities
- Support eTMF system administration
- Assist with inspection readiness and audit support
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences + 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Veeva Vault eTMF
- Oncoloy experience
- Strong knowledge of TMF processes, GCP, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
Estimated Min Rate: $45.00
Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
