Title: Clinical Research Associate
Opportunity Type: Direct Full Time
Salary Range:$100-125k base salary depending on qualifications
Location: Remote (candidate location- multiple positions across the US)
Travel Requirements: up to 60%

**MUST HAVE - Recent direct experience with 3+ years as a CRA working on CNS/Psychiatric studies following Rater Training standards and cognitive assessment tools**

Summary:
The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) oversees assigned clinical trial sites from initiation through close?out, ensuring all activities comply with study protocols, Sponsor SOPs, GCP, ICH, and regulatory requirements. Acting as the primary liaison between investigators and the Sponsor, the CRA manages site performance to support timely enrollment, high?quality data collection, and issue identification and resolution. The role partners closely with the Clinical Trial/Project Manager to ensure studies are executed on time, within budget, and to regulatory and quality standards.
Description:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for investigators and site staff.
  • Conduct site evaluation, initiation, monitoring, and close?out visits; complete visit reports and follow?ups.
  • Train site staff on protocols, GCP, regulatory requirements, and investigational product handling.
  • Monitor data quality, informed consent, source documentation, CRFs, and AE reporting.
  • Track and manage site progress, regulatory submissions, recruitment, and data queries.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of essential documents in the ISF and TMF.
  • Support patient recruitment planning and investigator/study meetings.
  • Identify, document, and escalate protocol deviations and quality issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/health discipline (or equivalent); RN/BSN acceptable.
  • Minimum 3+ years of CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical clinical monitoring experience in CNS/Psychiatric studies.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH?E6; experience with rater?administered measures.
  • Proficiency with CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills; CCRA preferred.


Estimated Min Rate: $87500.00
Estimated Max Rate: $125000.00
