Key Responsibilities
Following the completion of training, you will serve as a primary point of contact for financial professionals and investors, handling approximately 25-30 inbound interactions per day.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service across every interaction
- Responding to account-related inquiries and service requests
- Assisting with financial transactions and account maintenance activities
- Researching and resolving complex customer issues
- Navigating multiple systems and databases to provide accurate information
- Documenting customer interactions and service resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Building strong relationships through professionalism, empathy, and effective communication
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2+ years of customer service, client support, call center, hospitality, retail, banking, or other service-focused experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a high level of empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Interest in building a career in financial services
- Exposure to banking, finance, investments, insurance, or related industries
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification or willingness to pursue industry licensing in the future
