cGMP Quality Assurance Analyst
Contract through End of Year | Potential for Extension
Pay Rate:  $23.20–$33.00/hour

Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Coordinator ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to quality systems across international distribution centers. This role involves evaluating shipment integrity, managing quality events, and coordinating product release processes within the U.S. and LATAM networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze shipments using TTOR and MKT principles.
  • Initiate quality events, coordinate with manufacturing sites for disposition decisions, and facilitate product release at distribution centers.
  • Support quality projects using engineering principles and business standards, under guidance from technical experts.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of technical data and quality activities.
  • Communicate quality status of materials to internal teams, management, and external suppliers.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to meet FDA, GMP, ISO, OSHA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Recommend and contribute to improvements in quality and productivity.
  • Lead CAPA processes, change control, supplier quality, internal audits, and quality training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align on operational and quality goals.
  • Draft and review internal and external procedures.
  • Make decisions based on established guidelines while managing work schedules to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience preferred).
  • 0–4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Familiarity with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations.
  • Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Competence in quality engineering tools and techniques.
Preferred Skills
  • Technical writing.
  • Knowledge of reagents and instruments.
Working Conditions
  • Prolonged standing and stationary work.
  • Ability to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, and ramps.
  • Frequent use of PPE.
  • Operation of heavy machinery.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.

Estimated Min Rate: $23.20
Estimated Max Rate: $32.00
