Case Coordinator

Case Coordinator needed for a contract position at one of Yoh’s clients in San Jose, CA. This position interacts with Physicians, Insurance Adjustors, Rehabilitation Therapy, Patients and documenting cases

Hours M-F, 8:30am-5pm.
Start: Mid-July

What You Will Be Doing:
Coordinate, facilitate and expedite the care and recover of patients and/or employees with work-related injuries and illnesses.
Act as a liaison between patients and employers and/or workers compensation carriers and medical staff to assure organization and efficient organized and efficient management of medical care to return work injured patients back to work as soon as medically and administratively possible.
Educate and guide management, patients and medical staff through workers compensation System.
Monitor patients progress and provide continuity of care.

Experience You Must Have:

1. Workers comp experience (min. 1 year)
2. Coordination of care (min 2 yrs)
3. Billing (min 1 year)
4. Medical background (min 2 yrs)

Must be highly organized, tech-savvy, and possess proven knowledge or experience in occupational health and/or workers’ compensation.
