Job Summary:  We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with experience in SQL queries to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between various internal teams, gather and document requirements, manage the backlog using DevOps tools, and possess a strong background in testing and troubleshooting. This role also involves providing production support.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering:  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Liaison Role:  Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Backlog Management:  Utilize DevOps tools to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
• SQL Queries:  Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data as needed for various projects.
• Testing and Troubleshooting:  Conduct thorough testing of new features and bug fixes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Production Support:  Provide ongoing support for production systems, including monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization.

 
Qualifications:

• Education:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience:  Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Technical Skills:  Proficiency in SQL queries, experience with DevOps tools, and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Testing Skills:  Experience in testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Soft Skills:  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in production support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related fields.

Estimated Max Rate: $57.50
