Yoh has an exciting opportunity for an IT System Analyst – Veeva PromoMats & MedComms .This role will support Veeva Vault applications used by Medical and Commercial teams, with a focus on content management, approval workflows, digital asset management, platform administration, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Veeva PromoMats and MedComms experience along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions within a regulated environment.

Title: IT System Analyst– Veeva PromoMats & MedComms
Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid)
Compensation:$145,000–$155,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
Type: Full-Time / Direct Hire

Responsibilities
  • Support the administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of Veeva PromoMats and MedComms applications.
  • Partner with Medical, Commercial, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve content review and approval processes.
  • Configure and optimize workflows supporting medical, legal, and regulatory review activities across multiple business groups and markets.
  • Participate in application governance by coordinating proposed changes, approvals, priorities, and platform enhancements with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support and expand Digital Asset Management capabilities, including asset organization, metadata, localization, content reuse, and distribution.
  • Monitor application performance and content workflows to identify bottlenecks, user experience issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Evaluate new Veeva capabilities and coordinate prototypes, testing, releases, and implementation activities with business partners.
  • Support platform upgrades and configuration changes while following established SDLC, validation, testing, and documentation requirements.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, test cases, user documentation, and system administration materials.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize competing requests and recommend practical solutions based on business impact, compliance considerations, and platform best practices.
  • Ensure application processes and changes align with applicable security, privacy, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 6+ years of relevant experience supporting digital platforms, marketing technology, content management, or related business applications.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats and/or Veeva MedComms, including workflow configuration, administration, implementation, or optimization.
  • Strong understanding of content review and approval processes within a regulated life sciences environment.
  • Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM), including metadata, source-file management, content reuse, localization, and asset distribution.
  • Experience administering or supporting Veeva Vault applications and managing platform enhancements.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and translate stakeholder needs into functional and technical solutions.
  • Experience supporting application testing, releases, documentation, and SDLC processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to compliance, data privacy, security, and documentation requirements
