Business Intelligence Consultant – Semiconductor & Advanced Manufacturing
Location: Gloucester, MA
Full-Time 18-month contract
Day Shift
Pay Rate:  $45 to $53 per hour depending on experience. Empower Innovation Through Data at a state of the arts Semiconductor facility.
The company is a global leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Consultant who can harness the power of data to drive smarter decisions, optimize operations, and support our mission to make possible a better future through technology.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and finance to deliver insights that shape strategy and execution across our semiconductor and display businesses. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement BI solutions that support manufacturing efficiency, yield improvement, and supply chain optimization.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and predictive models using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Analyze large datasets from SAP/S4HANA, MES, CRM, and other enterprise systems to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Present actionable insights to senior leadership and operational teams.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and data governance efforts.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects focused on automation, forecasting, and performance analytics.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SAP Analytics Cloud) and SQL.
• Experience with SAP/S4HANA, CRM platforms, and manufacturing systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
