Responsibilities
Provide primary support for BI reporting, dashboards, and data environments
Manage and prioritize support requests, incidents, and reporting enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve reporting, dashboard, and data-related issues in a timely manner
Work with IT and business users to maintain and improve reporting metrics and dashboards
Monitor data pipelines and reporting systems to ensure availability and performance
Perform data validation and cross-system checks to maintain data accuracy
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting errors
Maintain documentation for reports, data definitions, and support procedures
Support data models, dashboards, and scheduled reporting processes
Write and optimize SQL queries to troubleshoot and improve reporting logic
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting performance and reliability
Communicate issue status and resolution updates to stakeholders
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within BI support
Assist other BI analysts or team members as needed
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in BI reporting, analytics, or production support
Retail Industry experience
Experience supporting BI tools such as Power BI, Sigma, or Snowflake
Strong SQL skills with experience troubleshooting data and reporting issues
Experience with data integration tools such as Matillion, HVR, or Fivetran preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
Ability to work with both technical teams and business users
Experience supporting BI or reporting environments in production
Familiarity with Agile or ticket-based support processes
Experience with data governance or reporting standards
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
