Equities Trade Support, AVP needed for a  Full time permanent  opportunity with Yoh’s client located in  Jacksonville, FL (Onsite).

The Big Picture – Top Skills Should You Possess:

Pay rate: $77,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience).
Client will Not accept H1’s or sponsor.
The client is a global financial services and real estate company with strong capital backing. The firm supports institutional and corporate clients across capital markets and commercial real estate.

What You Need to Bring to the Table/
Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in trade support, middle office, or operations within an equities trading environment
  • Working knowledge of:
    • S. and International Equity markets
    • ADRs/ORDs
    • Trade settlement workflows and equity lifecycle
  • Strong Fidessa platform experience is highly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; finance or related discipline preferred
What You’ll Be Doing/ Key Responsibilities:
  • Support daily post-execution equity trade activities, both domestic and international (including ADR/ORD)
  • Book trades and handle trade corrections
  • Leverage Fidessa platform for equity order and trade processing
  • Liaise with counterparties and the back office to resolve trade discrepancies and settlement issues
  • Proactively identify opportunities to automate and improve settlement workflows and straight-through processing (STP)
  • Monitor and reconcile trades, including fee reconciliation, give-up processing, and settlement tracking
  • Produce daily reconciliations and management reports
  • Evaluate and adapt to changes in regulatory and industry practices
  • Maintain performance benchmarks and internal reporting metrics
