Associate, Technology Investment Banking - NYC | Downtown NYC | Full Time

Job Title:  Associate – Technology Investment Banking
Location:  New York, NY (On-site, 5 days/week)
Salary Range:  $125,000 – $175,000

Overview:
A leading Technology Investment Banking team is seeking a driven and experienced Associate to join its New York office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers and clients on high-impact transactions across various tech verticals. Associates play a key role in deal execution and gain exposure to both strategic advisory and capital markets activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support execution of M&A advisory and capital raising transactions (equity and debt)
• Develop and review pitch books, financial models, valuation analyses, and marketing materials
• Conduct industry and company-specific research and due diligence
• Collaborate with senior bankers, corporate clients, private equity, and venture capital firms
• Mentor and train junior team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of investment banking or related experience
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills in Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Detail-oriented with a collaborative, team-first mindset
• Prior experience in the Technology sector is preferred but not required
• SIE required; Series 63 & 79 licenses required

Estimated Min Rate: $125,000.00
Estimated Max Rate:  $175,000.00
