Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and document control skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple project activities and communications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Familiarity with contractor compliance, safety, and environmental standards
- Proficiency with project management tools and databases
- Awareness of contract administration, change management, and RFIs
- Experience working on design-only or EPC projects
- Knowledge of proposal development and scope of work creation
- Skills in risk management and project reporting
- Experience with safety and quality assurance programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination is a plus
- Entry-level candidates encouraged; fresh or new candidates sought
- Willingness to travel 20% to 35%
- Ability to work onsite in Chattanooga or Nashville without remote or hybrid options
- Must include location preference on top of your resume
