Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, environmental science, construction management, or a related field from an accredited program
- Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience in transmission or equivalent fields
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise
- Experience in recruiting, developing, and mentoring engineering teams
- Proficiency with office tools including Pivot Tables, Data Models, Office 365 apps, and other data tracking/efficiency tools
- Ability to influence, lead change, and foster a positive team environment
- Professional Engineering license preferred
- Recruiting experience
- Experience in proposal development and client relationship management
- Demonstrated success in performance feedback and employee development
- Proven ability to collaborate across organizational departments and develop training programs
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering or management discipline
- 5+ years of progressive responsibility in transmission design, engineering, or management roles
- Licensed Professional Engineer highly desirable
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
