We are seeking a hands-on Assembler with electromechanical experience to support prototype builds in an engineering lab environment. This is a fast-paced, collaborative role where you’ll work closely with engineers to bring new product designs to life and improve manufacturing processes. What You’ll Do
? Prototype Assembly
- Build electromechanical products using written and verbal instructions
- Work in an engineering lab setting on new product development
- Partner with Design and Manufacturing Engineers
- Participate in daily discussions with project stakeholders
- Recommend improvements to reduce cost and assembly time
- Redline assembly procedures and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Assist in developing work cells and assembly processes
- Help define best practices for scaling production
? 2+ years of electromechanical assembly experience
? Strong experience with hand tools
- Screwdrivers, torque drivers, wrenches, pliers
? Strong communication skills(verbal & written)
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering environment Preferred Qualifications
? Associate degree (or higher) in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
? Soldering experience(PCBA, through-hole, SMT)
? Experience with fabrication tools(hand drill, drill press)
? Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles What Applied Materials / Top-Tier Expectations Look Like
