What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate artist marketing campaigns and music release schedules from planning through launch.
- Track project timelines and ensure marketing assets are delivered on time.
- Partner with A&R, creative teams, artists, and management to support release initiatives.
- Assist with social media campaigns, streaming platform promotions, and digital marketing efforts.
- Organize and distribute marketing materials, content, and campaign assets.
- Monitor multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed of key updates and deadlines.
- Prepare marketing reports and campaign recaps to track performance and results.
- Support artist branding and content rollout strategies across various digital platforms.
- HS Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Music Business, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field preferred.???????
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, entertainment, music, or media environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, content launches, events, or product releases
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
- Passion for music, artists, and the entertainment industry
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and execution skills
- Experience preparing reports, tracking project milestones, and communicating campaign updates to stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple moving pieces while maintaining accuracy, organization, and delivery timelines
