API Ecosystem QA & Integration Specialist | FIX Protocol | API |

Join a fast-paced team managing an API ecosystem that processes hundreds of millions of messages daily. You'll play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and evolution of API applications supporting FIX, FIXml, REST, and proprietary protocols.

This role blends Quality Assurance, Test Automation, Certification Testing, Client Integration, and Tier-2 Production Support across Futures, Derivatives, and OTC markets. You’ll collaborate across teams to launch new products and features while supporting client connectivity and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute end-to-end testing strategies
Create detailed test plans and summaries
Develop and maintain automated functional and regression tests
Analyze specifications to define testing and release strategies
Support API documentation and client integration
Respond to client technical inquiries and production incidents
Manage client support tickets and escalate when needed
Log defects and coordinate client verification testing
Contribute to internal monitoring and support tools using scripting

Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years in software testing and QA
3+ years with FIX protocol and automation testing
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic SQL and scripting (Python, Ruby, Perl, etc.)
Familiarity with SQA, SDLC, Windows OS, and Office tools
Experience with trading connectivity, market data feeds, and VeriFIX a plus
Self-driven with a passion for process improvement
