Required Skills:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and the ability to manage financial data with precision
- Proven proficiency in spreadsheet software, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy, exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with accounting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Prior experience performing reconciliations and handling audits
- Knowledge of vendor management and invoice dispute resolution
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in accounts payable or financial administration
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Willingness to assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
