AI Compliance Research Scientist
Looking for a strong AI Research Analyst/Scientist who is comfortable wearing multiple hats and has good Data and LLM experience. This person will be supporting a new project focused on AI compliance and safety. This person will be supporting in the following areas – research, creating/drafting project requirements, ML experimentation, prototyping, etc.

Scope:
• Coordinate the assembly of content and create/draft project requirements.
• Drive stakeholder engagement
• Research AI and ML experimentation.
• Take notes & follow up on action items.
• Create rough NLP prototypes quickly and effectively in order to provide general “proof of concept” to certain ideas.

Required:
• Experience working at Google is required. Preferably within the last few months
• Understanding of Artificial Intelligence
• Understanding of LLMs and ability to do rapid iterations (LLM training)
• Solid written/oral business communication & people skills.
• Solid organizational skills. Able to effectively run projects & drive groups of remote based employees to deliver results for a specific project or initiative.
• Able to work independently once up to speed.
• Sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, & a track record of taking ownership, leading data driven analyses, & influencing results.
• Project Management of some engineering projects where subject matter expertise is not required.
 
Pluses:
• Experience with capacity planning or reporting on workloads is a plus.
• Experience coordinating Data Science projects or working on a Machine Learning teams is a plus.
• Experience in regulatory privacy compliance and/or responsible AI are a big plus.



Estimated Min Rate: $50.00
Estimated Max Rate: $80.00 +/HR Depends on experience
