Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Agile Coach   with strong knowledge of Scrum@Scale, SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks to support high-performing teams across large, enterprise-level applications. This role will focus on driving Agile maturity, coaching teams and leaders, and facilitating collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. Ideal candidates are servant leaders with hands-on experience in Agile scaling frameworks and cross-functional delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an Agile Coach for multiple Agile teams supporting mission-critical applications.
• Coach teams and leadership on Agile principles and best practices across Scrum@Scale, SAFe, and Kanban.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate and lead Agile events at scale such as MetaScrums, Executive Action Teams (EAT), and Scrum of Scrums.
• Support and guide cross-team coordination, dependency management, and alignment with product and delivery roadmaps.
• Collaborate with external third-party vendors and partners to ensure successful delivery and integration.
• Enable continuous improvement through Agile health assessments, feedback loops, and data-driven coaching.
• Mentor Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and leadership to drive consistent Agile practices across teams.
• Measure team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time) and present insights to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of transparency, psychological safety, accountability, and innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Strong expertise in Scrum@Scale, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum, and Kanban.
• Proven experience coaching Agile teams in complex, multi-team environments.
• Experience working with and coordinating across third-party vendors and distributed teams.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Jira Align, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified in one or more of the following: Scrum@Scale Practitioner (CSaSP), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP.
• Experience supporting Scrum of Scrums, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), or Lean Portfolio Management.
• Experience in large-scale transformation initiatives and Agile maturity assessments.
• Familiarity with metrics dashboards, Agile maturity models, or coaching tools like AgilityHealth or Atlassian Compass.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid or remote work options available.
• Occasional travel may be required for PI planning or vendor collaboration.
• Agile teams distributed across locations and time zones.

Estimated Min Rate: $63.00
Estimated Max Rate: $80.00
