We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams, leaders, and the organization in adopting and scaling Agile practices. The Agile Coach will work across multiple teams or departments to foster a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Transformation: Lead and support organizational change toward Agile ways of working across multiple teams or business units.
- Team Coaching: Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams on Agile practices, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), and servant leadership.
- Leadership Enablement: Partner with executives and managers to develop an Agile mindset, support cultural change, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitation: Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, planning events, and Agile ceremonies at the team, program, or portfolio level.
- Scaling Agile: Guide implementation of scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify Model as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps, measure performance (e.g., velocity, lead time, customer satisfaction), and implement improvements.
- Change Management: Act as a change agent, helping the organization embrace transparency, feedback loops, and adaptive planning.
- Knowledge Sharing: Create and deliver training sessions, playbooks, and resources to build Agile capability across the enterprise.
- Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master in medium-to-large organizations.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP) and Lean principles.
- Strong facilitation, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience driving Agile transformations at team, program, and portfolio levels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Jira Align, or Azure DevOps).
- Certifications such as ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or Professional Agile Coach (ICP-ENT/ICP-CAT).
- Background in software development, QA, product management, or project management.
- Experience in organizational change management and Agile at scale implementations.
