TEAM OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Consultant with extensive proficiency in Adobe tools, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). Experience with Adobe Commerce is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tool Proficiency:  Utilize Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CJA, AEM, and AEP to analyze data, optimize user experiences, and drive actionable insights.
• Implementation and Optimization:  Lead the implementation of Adobe tools, ensuring best practices are followed for data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Training and Development:  Conduct training sessions for team members on the effective use of Adobe tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:  Analyze data trends and user behavior to provide strategic recommendations that enhance digital marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
• Collaboration:  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and product development, to align analytics strategies with business objectives.
• Project Management:  Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of results and adherence to project goals.
• Self-Starter:  Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently, driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Communication Skills:  Effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Continuous Improvement:  Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in analytics practices.

Estimated Min Rate: $52.50
Estimated Max Rate: $80.00
