Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Support Analyst to support daily operational activities. This role focuses on operational coordination, data tracking, reporting, and customer communication, and is well-suited for candidates with solid Excel skills who are comfortable working with structured data and operational reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities related to the Lead Program
- Coordinate and track field and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate program records and operational tracking documentation
- Run standard and ad hoc operational reports
- Analyze and reconcile datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update Excel-based tracking and reporting tools
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide professional, timely communication
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Proficiency with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Ability to create, update, and interpret PIVOT TABLES
- Comfort working with structured datasets and validating data accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in operations support, coordination, utilities, public works a plus
- Experience supporting tracking, compliance, or documentation-driven programs
- Prior interaction with field teams, operations staff, or customers is a plus
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
