Administrative Assistant with Large Media Company
3 Month Assignment
3x onsite per week in Culver City, CA- Mon/Wed/Thurs onsite
Pay Range- $25-$35 hr w2
Manages executive's calendar, schedules/coordinates meetings and appointments
Screens and responds to incoming calls and emails
Facilitates/prioritizes action items and tasks for executive and provides day-to-day support for the rest of the team as needed
Manages documents and facilitates the flow of information between departments and key stakeholders e.g., talent/filmmakers (electronic and hard copy)
Tracks and organizes all team assets - A/V materials (including cue sheets, ADR, etc.) print, finishes, etc.
Accurately manages budgets and cost reports for the creative team and keeps a running tally of spent and committed breakdowns per title
Processes expense reports and travel arrangements for the team
Schedules and prepares for meetings which includes conference room prep, agendas, and distribution of pertinent documents
Creates agendas, notices, and resolutions for meetings as required
Attend creative meetings and takes notes
Handles other general administrative duties (updating databases, lists, processing mail, copying, etc.)
Works with the larger team and other departments to keep on top of deadlines and asset delivery
Contributes to creative brainstorming sessions
Organizes binders, folders, collecting current documents from each department, etc. daily
Performs administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
Handles ad hoc duties as required
Estimated Min Rate: $24.50
Estimated Max Rate: $35.00
