Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with document management and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of office support duties with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital document systems.
  • Maintain document control systems and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely document reviews.
  • Archive inactive documents and manage document retention schedules.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating internal and external visitors.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with document management systems.


Estimated Min Rate: $20.00
Estimated Max Rate: $22.76
