Position Summary:
This role provides highlevel administrative support to executives and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating meetings and travel, supporting onboarding, and maintaining supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and responsive, with a strong focus on confidentiality and quality service.

Schedule:  On-site Tuesday–Thursday (3 days/week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and organized office environment
  • Manage filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Ensure timely and confidential flow of information
  • Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and expense reports
  • Order and maintain office supplies and consumables
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Support internal meetings with agendas and documentation
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Lead special projects and process improvements

Qualifications:
  • Experience in administrative or secretarial roles
  • Background in customer service
  • Experience in a corporate or large company setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Estimated Min Rate: $17.50
Estimated Max Rate: $25.00
