Accounts Payable Processor?  Onsite – Irvine, CA
?  Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
?  Estimated Pay Range: $22.40 – $32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized  Accounts Payable Processor  to join our finance team in Irvine, CA. This  onsite, entry-level  role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and supportive environment. You’ll be responsible for processing field invoices, supporting weekly check runs, and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly field invoices for designated projects and divisions
• Assist with weekly check runs to meet internal deadlines
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies
• Follow established procedures and ensure compliance with company policies

Qualifications

• Proficiency in  Microsoft Excel  and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong  organizational skills  and attention to detail
• Excellent  verbal and written communication  skills
• Ability to  follow instructions  and work independently or as part of a team
• Prior  Accounts Payable experience  is helpful but not required

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with  Oracle,  JD Edwards (JDE), or  Concur  is a plus
• Experience in a corporate finance or accounting environment is advantageous
