Position Overview

• Entertainment client is seeking a highly motivated Production Finance Coordinator to join our Series and Feature Production Finance team.
• This key position will support both production and overhead departments with a primary focus on Accounts Payable.
• The ideal candidate will play a critical role in vendor payment processing, system setup, policy compliance, and expense tracking, contributing to the seamless execution of our productions while supporting the creative vision of our filmmakers.
• Client is a pre-production animation studio based in Los Angeles, California, creating both feature animation and animated series with artists from around the world. We pride ourselves on empowering filmmakers to lead the creative process and allowing the hand of the artist to be truly felt, with the goal of producing bold and innovative visual storytelling.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Process and troubleshoot A/P invoices for Animation’s support departments / accounts payable system, Ariba.
• Communicate, set up and maintain vendor profiles in the Graphite system; ensure accurate and timely entry of payment information.
• Administer production P-card (purchase card) requests and ensure monthly reconciliation statements are completed and accurate.
• Coordinate with Finance Leads and Production Coordinators to manage T&E (Travel & Entertainment) card setup, review expenses, validate coding, and confirm compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update T&E policies and documentation; communicate changes clearly across Production and Finance teams.
• Monitor show-specific Door Dash accounts; track spending and escalate any concerns or irregularities.
• Step in as a backup for the other Production Finance A/P Coordinator as needed.

 
Qualifications:

• Experience with Ariba & Graphite.
• Familiarity with Concur and typical studio Travel & Entertainment processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to interact professionally with vendors, producers, and executives at all levels.
• Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced production environment.

Estimated Min Rate: $26.00
Estimated Max Rate: $28.00
