Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Analyst II and play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and supplier data integrity within a fast-paced, innovative environment. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in accounts payable processes, system migrations, and financial controls, all while contributing to streamlined vendor management and compliance excellence. Be part of a collaborative setting where your attention to detail and analytical skills directly impact operational success.

What You’ll Do:
  • Audit and confirm supplier master data across multiple systems including Oracle R11i, R12, and Mosaic.
  • Investigate system anomalies, provide solutions, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Manage supplier information updates, including W9 validation and banking details.
  • Assist with year-end 1099 processing for U.S. and Puerto Rico.
  • Collaborate with teams on system migrations, vendor master updates, and supplier onboarding.
  • Maintain daily functional mailbox and support various projects as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounts payable roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Vlookups, Pivots, etc.).
  • ERP system experience, preferably with Oracle.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of IRS regulations and 1099 procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities independently.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with system migrations.
  • Previous vendor or supplier master data management.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven track record working with supplier/vendor master data.
Other Requirements:
  • Candidate must reside within 50 miles of Johnston, IA.
  • Availability to work onsite 3 days/week for the first three months, then 2 days/week.
  • Must be comfortable working in various systems and maintaining confidentiality.
