Account Support Representative – Aviation Industry

As an Account Support Representative, you’ll be the go-to contact for customers and internal Account Managers, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. You’ll help manage orders, support sales initiatives, and collaborate across departments to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
• Manage orders for new products and maintenance services
• Support Account Managers with sales coordination and prospecting activities
• Track customer backlogs and monitor market metrics
• Assist in preparing presentations and responses to RFQs
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer requirements are met
• Participate in marketing campaigns and occasional travel (up to 5%)

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in aviation sales or customer support
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
• Experience with project management and CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Private Pilot’s License, A&P License, or other aviation-related certification
