Are you relationship building oriented with strong analytical thinking skills? Join our team as an Account Service Manager to liaise between MGA partners and internal teams focused on P&C insurance.
 
Partnership Servicing 

• Communicate effectively with MGA partners to address questions, resolve issues, process changes and monitor monthly business flows
• Assist underwriting on processing raters, quotes and binders to ensure that all business is accurately reflected
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (underwriting, actuarial, compliance, and product teams) to iterate existing programs as needed to ensure profitability and competitiveness.

Reporting & Communication

• Assist in preparation of reports on program performance and partnership development activities.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field (CPCU or other insurance designations preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in P&C insurance. A focus on program business, MGA relationships, or underwriting management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for building trust and rapport with partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management systems.
