Job Title: Production Technician I
2nd Shift and 3rd Shift opportunities
Location:  Hazelwood, MO
Employment Type:  Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire

Schedule:  
2ND Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm = $17.60/Hr.
3rd Shift: Monday – Friday 10:00pm – 6:30am = $18.40/Hr.
Orientation:  Prefer 1st shift orientation during the first week

Position Summary
Operate high-speed equipment for the production and packaging of Medical Device cards in a cGMP-regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, maintain, and clean manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Complete production batches, documentation, AQL inspections, and rework.
• Complete batch records and documentation timely
• Support the review and revision of SOPs and Manufacturing Directions
• Operate at least one high-speed machine using HMI/SCADA interfaces
• Handle cage movement, materials, and fork truck operations (training provided)
• Set up equipment within defined tolerances

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment a plus.
• Basic math and able to perform task sequences
• Comfortable using computer systems, including SAP

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours
• Lift 20–50 lbs. push/pull wheeled cages up to 600 lbs.
• Frequent hand and arm motions; ability to climb steps
• Work in cool environment with constant noise
• Exposure to occasional environmental odors
• Excellent personal hygiene and adherence to gowning/PPE protocols (hairnet, gloves, lab coat, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)

Estimated Min Rate: $17.60
Estimated Max Rate: $18.40
