Are you passionate about delivering exceptional HR service and eager to be a vital part of a dynamic team? We are seeking dedicated HR Shared Services Representatives to join our innovative organization, providing essential support across Benefits, Payroll, Colleague Relations. 

Job Details

  • Pay rate: $18-$19 hourly W2
  • Start date: Mid-August
  • Hybrid work setup requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and participate in system testing and upgrades.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.


What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ years of experience in a Contact Center or relevant HR role, with 2+ years preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality service, meeting SLAs and maintaining excellent CSAT scores.
  • Familiarity with Workday and experience navigating HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with a natural curiosity and strategic thinking mindset.
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with Workday Reporting and participating in HR technology modernization efforts.
  • Cross-training experience in VISA and Immigration processes.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and experience with internal SOP development.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required; additional education in HR or related fields is a plus.
  • 2 to 4 years of HR experience, demonstrating reliability and a customer-centric approach



Estimated Min Rate: $12.60
Estimated Max Rate: $18.00
