Onsite Semiconductor University Staffing Recruiter needed for a 6- month contract to hire opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Santa Clara, California.
Pay Rate $48-$53 per hour

What You Will Be Doing:
- Spearhead the recruitment efforts for high-volume roles and university candidates, implementing innovative strategies to attract and onboard top talent
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational skills, and have a proven track record of success in high-volume recruiting.
- Support the end-of-the-end recruiting process for high-volume roles and university candidates, ensuring efficiency and quality in every stage.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance the university recruiting process, including sourcing strategies, campus events, and candidate engagement tactics.
- Adapt quickly to changes in recruitment priorities and market conditions, adjusting strategies as needed to meet hiring goals.
- Screen candidate resumes, assessing their qualifications for various positions within the organization.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers, driving alignment on candidate selection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate closely with the University Relations Campus Manager to execute campus strategies and foster relationships with target universities.
- Serve as a campus owner for several key universities, building strong relationships with university staff, faculty, and student group leaders.
- Drive the attraction, development, and overall success of our university recruiting efforts, with a focus on high-volume recruitment and innovation.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- 1-4 years’ experience in high-volume full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices, with a focus on high-volume recruiting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Experience maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders.
