We are seeking an experienced US Operations Lead to support and coordinate IT infrastructure operations across the U.S. region. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and global technology teams, ensuring efficient delivery of infrastructure services, operational support, incident management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for IT infrastructure requests and operational coordination.
- Partner with global technology teams to prioritize initiatives, streamline communication, and eliminate duplicate efforts.
- Support infrastructure-related projects and service delivery across server, network, storage, and data center environments.
- Coordinate U.S. service management activities to ensure alignment with operational, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Assist in managing and resolving high-severity incidents through effective coordination, escalation, and stakeholder communication.
- Deliver clear and timely communications regarding incidents, changes, and operational impacts to business and technical audiences.
- Coordinate audit requests, documentation collection, evidence gathering, and responses across multiple teams.
- Monitor service performance and help drive operational improvements.
- Support regulatory, governance, and risk-management initiatives impacting technology operations.
- Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for leadership review.
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or service management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including:
- Servers
- Networks
- Storage
- Data Centers
- Technology Operations
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
- Excel
- Word
- PowerPoint
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
- Proven ability to create executive-ready presentations and reporting materials.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination experience across technical and business teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional remediation or operational improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Background in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
