What You'll Do:
- Assist Trust Officers with all facets of trust administration for assigned relationships
- Process money movements and manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet the financial needs of trust beneficiaries
- Monitor trust activity to manage risks and ensure compliance with policies
- Respond to client inquiries, support salesforce tasks, and create cases to enhance client satisfaction
- Support trust relationships with accuracy, professionalism, and a proactive mindset
- 2+ years of trust administration experience, familiarity with money movement, and Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and escalate issues appropriately
- Curiosity about fiduciary matters and willingness to pursue CTFA designation
- Experience working with Fidelity’s systems or in a client-facing trust environment
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of trust administration
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior trust administration experience working with fiduciary matters preferred
