Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-7 years in project or delivery management within enterprise-level tech environments
- Proven experience in managing multiple, complex projects with dependencies and risks
- Strong stakeholder relationship management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and iterative frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in KPI tracking and process optimization
- Ability to lead, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Technical background supporting technology delivery teams
- Experience with dependency tracking, intake, and prioritization tools
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or relevant technical certifications
- Knowledge of technical configuration, rules processing, and plan configuration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- 6+ years of senior project management experience in a technical, enterprise environment
- Demonstrated success working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple high-visibility projects
