Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager or Agile Delivery Lead to support the Enterprise Business Systems team. This role will lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives supporting business applications and FinTech-related capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software delivery, stakeholder management, Agile methodologies, and technical program leadership. Must have demonstrated experience leading large or complex technical projects, coordinating multiple teams, and driving successful delivery.
This individual must be comfortable moving between technical details and high-level business objectives, facilitating technical discussions, representing customer needs, and identifying risks and opportunities before they impact delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional technology programs from kickoff through delivery and operational handoff.
- Serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, facilitating ceremonies and promoting effective Agile practices.
- Coordinate work across engineering, product, business systems, infrastructure, and other stakeholder teams.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, dependencies, and delivery plans.
- Develop, own, and maintain team roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and decisions throughout the program lifecycle.
- Partner with technical teams to support sound architecture, integration, scalability, and operational-readiness decisions.
- Facilitate technical discussions while ensuring business and customer requirements remain central to decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadership.
- Prepare and deliver clear program updates, presentations, status reports, and executive communications.
- Promote transparency regarding progress, risks, tradeoffs, and delivery expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, team performance, and delivery practices.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Proactively identify issues, remove roadblocks, and drive decisions to maintain momentum.
- Represent multiple perspectives and challenge assumptions to improve program outcomes.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management, Agile delivery, project management, software delivery, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success leading large, complex, or highly cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications, FinTech, financial services, or similar environments preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite.
- Experience leading projects through the full delivery lifecycle, from planning and kickoff through implementation and release.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and software development lifecycles.
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or equivalent delivery leadership role.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage dependencies, and drive accountability.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
- Ability to understand technical concepts, participate in architecture and engineering discussions, and translate complex information for business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- PMP, CSM, SAFe, or other relevant Agile or project management certification.
- Experience managing enterprise business systems or NetSuite implementations and integrations.
- Experience with roadmap development, release planning, dependency management, and executive reporting.
- Experience driving process improvement and continuous delivery improvements.
- FinTech, payments, accounting, ERP, or financial systems experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate is a hands-on delivery leader who can organize complex work, create clarity across teams, communicate effectively with executives, and proactively address risks. They are comfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels and are not limited by job title—the client will consider strong Agile Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, or Technical Project Managers with comparable experience leading complex technical programs.
