Title: Staff Talent Sourcer
Type: Contract (6 month)
Location: Remote
Compensation: $70-90/hr DOE
Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR / CUI environment)
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent across engineering, technical, and go-to-market functions in multiple international regions.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define target candidate profiles, talent market strategies, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct in-depth talent market research, including competitor analysis, organizational mapping, and identification of niche talent pools.
- Leverage advanced sourcing methodologies, Boolean search techniques, and recruiting platforms to uncover and engage passive candidates.
- Build and maintain long-term candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring initiatives.
- Provide market intelligence and talent insights to recruiting teams and business leaders to inform hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with recruiting operations, employer branding, and university recruiting teams to enhance outreach effectiveness and candidate engagement.
- Analyze sourcing metrics and campaign performance to continuously improve conversion rates and recruiting outcomes.
- Establish and nurture relationships with specialized technical professionals, including hard-to-find and security-cleared talent populations.
- 10+ years of talent sourcing experience supporting technical, engineering, or specialized professional hiring across multiple regions. (or comparable experience)
- Background sourcing for industries such as aerospace, defense, robotics, autonomy, advanced technology, or other highly technical environments preferred.
- Demonstrated success conducting talent mapping, competitive intelligence research, and proactive candidate generation for difficult-to-fill positions.
- Expert-level proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ/Hiretual, and other advanced talent search technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques and creative sourcing strategies.
- Experience cultivating relationships with passive candidates and building long-term talent communities.
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills, with the ability to effectively connect with highly technical professionals.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using sourcing data and metrics to drive recruiting strategy.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic setting with evolving business needs and hiring demands.
