We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of high-volume production roles and select professional, exempt positions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across high-volume production and professional roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and set clear expectations
- Conduct intake meetings and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Create compelling, inclusive job postings to attract top talent
- Source candidates using a variety of channels, including social platforms and AI tools
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines
- Screen resumes, develop pre-screening questions, and assess candidates
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR partners
- Influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies
- Continuously improve and adapt recruiting processes in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, including high-volume production roles
- Experience supporting professional/exempt hiring preferred
- Proven ability to manage 50+ open requisitions at once
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to challenge assumptions and offer thoughtful, strategic guidance
- Experience with social sourcing and modern recruiting tools (including AI)
- Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills
- Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Advanced degree in HR or related field
- Experience with Workday Recruiting (ATS) and Phenom CRM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Hybrid schedule: 2–3 days per week in the Wilmington office (flexible)
- Opportunity for conversion to full-time, based on business needs and performance
