Our Financial Client is hiring 2 Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialists to support a Transaction Banking hiring portfolio within a major banking environment. You’ll partner closely with the hiring team, own the full recruiting lifecycle, and sharpen your recruiting craft across multiple corporate functions.
What you’ll be doing (day-to-day)
- Run intake meetings and align on hiring profiles + process
- Manage the ATS and keep candidates moving smoothly through the funnel
- Source + screen candidates (LinkedIn Recruiter experience is key)
- Own the full lifecycle recruiting process: pipelines → screens → feedback → offers
- Operate in a high-volume, high-collaboration environment
- 6+ months recruiting experience (and 6+ months sourcing/screening)
- LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Strong communication + time management
- Ability to adapt quickly and “hit the ground running”
- Recruiting in financial services / banking
- SAP / SuccessFactors exposure
- Sourcing experience in FI (Financial Industry)
