Job Titile:  Talent Acquisition Coordinator 
Location Address:  Dallas, TX - hybrid - onsite 3x/week
Contract Duration: 3 months
Possibility of extension and conversion to FTE
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week (Possible OT)

Business group: Human Resources U.S.

The HR team covers corporate functions for US as a whole and Global Transaction Banking. The successful candidate will be focusing their time on Transaction Banking.

The team has coverage within NY and Dallas.

Candidate Value Proposition:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to multiple different teams within the Bank and will be able to really strengthen their recruitment experience to start off their career.

Typical Day in Role:
• Support wider corporate function portfolio (inherit old reqs. as well as new roles, 20-30 reqs. at a time)
• Conduct intake meetings
• Manage ATS (Application Tracking System)
• Sourcing and filtering through applicants through different platforms
• Managing full lifecycle of requisition
• Conducting screening calls
• Gathering feedback
• Managing offer process

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. At least 6 months of prior recruitment experience
2. At least 6 months of prior sourcing/screening experience
3. Experience with LinkedIN recruiter

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. Experience with SAP/ Successfactors
2. sourcing in FI

Soft Skills Required:
-hit the ground running
-strong communication skills
-time management skills
-ability to work well with team members
-ability to adapt to changing environments and able to manage high volumes

Education: Bachelors degree

Estimated Min Rate: $18.00
Estimated Max Rate: $20.00
