Program & Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end retirement partner integrations across a digital banking platform.
- Manage project planning, execution, dependencies, timelines, and phased releases.
- Develop and maintain project plans aligned with partnership and product roadmaps.
- Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Deliver executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate delivery and integration of retirement products through third-party partnerships.
- Manage API integrations, onboarding workflows, data exchange processes, and partner handoffs.
- Support retirement-focused strategic partnerships and platform integrations.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Tax, Legal, and Compliance teams.
- Consolidate customer journeys across banking and tax-related platforms.
- Coordinate operational readiness activities across all stakeholders.
- Support customer engagement, learning, and analytics initiatives related to product adoption and utilization.
- Drive retirement-related initiatives including:
- Tax-time retirement contributions
- Account linking and funding capabilities
- Saver's Match enablement
- Customer engagement and education programs
- Ensure readiness for seasonal and regulatory-driven retirement capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of project or program management experience.
- Experience managing third-party partnerships and technical integrations, including APIs and platform integrations.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong program management, planning, and execution skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting mobile application development initiatives.
- Background in financial services, banking, retirement services, fintech, or related industries.
- Experience working with regulated financial products or tax-related financial solutions.
- Knowledge of customer onboarding, digital banking experiences, and financial wellness programs.
