What You’ll Do:
- Lead and optimize the monthly forecast process by harnessing technological solutions and process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Support key reporting deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Play a pivotal role in the annual budgeting cycle and long-term planning initiatives.
- Deliver insightful, ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making across Resort Segments.
- *Experience with Oracle Cloud Applications (Fusion) in ERP and EPM • *Administration (creation & updates) of Web Forms & Business Rules*
- *Managing Oracle Planning Cloud Dimensions (Metadata) and Substitution Variables*
- *Experience with SmartView in usage of Web Forms as well as creation of Ad-Hoc SmartView Reports & OTBI, including using ORACLE FRS reprting*
- Proven experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency with financial systems and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse business partners.
- Ability to identify process improvements and implement technological solutions.
- Experience in the Hospitality or Resort Management industry.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics or business intelligence tools.
- Certification in finance or related systems (e.g., CPA, CFSA).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or systems support within a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
