Required Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of supply chain or sourcing experience, with a focus on procurement and vendor management.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (macros/VBA) and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor and internal partnerships.
- Ability to independently prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of supply chain systems, S&OP processes, and inventory planning.
- Experience with MRP systems such as o9 or SAP.
- Familiarity with supply chain KPIs and performance reporting.
- Previous experience working within the retail or consumer electronics sectors.
- Certification in supply chain management or procurement is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Prior experience in supply planning, procurement, or sourcing roles within a large organization.
- Onsite presence required daily to support collaborative team efforts.
- Ability to lead meetings and provide clear, actionable reports.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and systems.
