The client is on the hunt for a dynamic and seasoned Senior Technical Recruiter specializing in AI and emerging technologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML roles (e.g., Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers), as well as broader technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, and Infrastructure
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies targeting both specialized AI talent and high-quality general technical candidates
- Evaluate candidates’ technical backgrounds across AI/ML as well as core engineering disciplines
- Provide market insights on AI talent trends as well as broader tech hiring dynamics
- Manage multiple high-priority requisitions across different technical domains while maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Drive offer processes, negotiate compensation, and close candidates effectively
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting within ATS systems
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience across both AI/ML and general technology roles
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in AI/ML roles as well as broader engineering positions
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LLMs) and general software engineering fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage both highly specialized and general technical talent
- Experience operating within corporate environments, partnering with structured teams and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience recruiting within insurance or financial services organizations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with emerging AI trends, including generative AI and large language models
- Experience hiring across a mix of individual contributor and leadership-level roles
- Rapid ramp-up and ownership of both AI-focused and general technical requisitions
- Strong candidate pipelines across multiple technical skill sets within the first few weeks
- High-quality hires aligned with both technical and business needs
- Positive feedback from hiring managers and candidates
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Fully remote
