About You
You are a strong systems thinker and software engineer who enjoys designing, developing and solving complex problems across large-scale ADAS software platforms. You are comfortable working across components, platform, validation, simulation, and infrastructure teams to improve software quality, reliability, and release readiness.
You take ownership of ambiguous technical challenges, use data and engineering judgments to identify systemic issues, and drive improvements through software, automation, tooling, and process enhancements. You have a solid foundation in software development and system integration, along with a passion for building scalable solutions that improve engineering efficiency and product quality.
You thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working across organizational boundaries to solve problems that span multiple software components and teams. You are motivated by building reliable software platforms, improving developer productivity, and enabling high quality releases throughout the software development lifecycle.
If you are passionate about ADAS software, platform engineering, and creating scalable solutions that improve software reliability from development through production, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain platform software, engineering tools, frameworks, and infrastructure that improve software quality, scalability, and developer productivity.
  • Drive software quality, reliability, and release readiness across the ADAS platform through software development, automation, validation, and data-driven engineering practices.
  • Define and evolve test and validation strategies across unit, integration, system, simulation, and vehicle-level testing.
  • Identify gaps in software quality, validation coverage, and platform capabilities, and develop solutions to address them.
  • Develop and integrate automated validation, qualification, and reliability checks into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
  • Analyze software defects, integration issues, and field/customer problems to identify root causes and drive long-term corrective actions.
  • Analyze dependencies across software components and identify risks that may impact system integration, performance, reliability, and release quality.
  • Define and track software quality metrics, reliability KPIs, and release readiness indicators to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with software, architecture, validation, simulation, infrastructure, and release engineering teams to improve end-to-end software quality and development efficiency.
  • Support software integration across multiple ECUs, middleware components, and vehicle platforms.
  • Apply V-Model principles and modern software engineering practices to improve traceability from requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, validation, and release.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and development workflows based on lessons learned, test results, and operational data.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, automotive software, platform engineering, or software reliability.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, and scripting languages such as Bash.
  • Experience designing, developing, integrating, and qualifying production-quality software for complex embedded systems on Linux/QNX/RTOS Platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, component interfaces, dependency management, debugging, root-cause analysis, and software engineering best practices.
  • Experience analyzing dependencies and interactions across software components, identifying integration risks, and preventing system-level regressions.
